FOR USERS OF THE DMSS APP
Illumination (or night vision) settings determine how your CCTV cameras operate in the dark. Follow these steps to configure your preferred options using the DMSS app.
Start by opening the DMSS icon on your phone
Once you’re inside the app, find the camera you want to adjust
Tap the three dots in the bottom right
At the bottom of the screen tap Device Details
Choose Night Vision from the menu
By default, Smart Illumination will be selected
You can then choose if you want Smart Illumination, White Light Illumination or IR Illumination
When you're finished, tap the arrow in the top right then again until you're back in the home screen
Note, it's best to adjust the settings at night so you can review the results straight away and ensure you've selected the best option for you
All done, you can now close the app
