Jason has spent more than 14 years working across the Telecommunications & Security industries and is the person you want around when there’s a tricky problem to solve.

He loves the technical side of the job, getting hands-on and finding practical solutions that actually work. His experience covers everything from security systems and data through to large-scale fibre optic projects.

When he’s not working on installs around Perth, you’ll often find him somewhere in remote WA, usually on a mine site working on telecommunications or fibre projects.

With a strong background of management across the telecommunications and construction industries, Kaz understands both the operational and technical sides of the work we do - and is passionate about making sure we do it well.

These days, her focus is on overseeing operations, working closely with the team and key stakeholders, and continually improving the systems and processes that keep Decode running smoothly.

Above all, Kaz is passionate about protecting the values and integrity the business was built on. She believes every customer interaction should reflect who we are as a company and is committed to making sure people have a genuinely great experience when they choose to work with Decode.

With a practical approach and a strong handle on the day-to-day operations of the business, Ash plays a big part in keeping the office running smoothly and making sure both our team and our customers are well looked after.
 

From managing workflows and liaising with suppliers to running office meetings, coordinating the team and keeping jobs moving, Ash is across a lot of the moving parts that make up a busy day at Decode.

She’s also the person keeping track of all the little things that can easily get missed behind the scenes, helping make sure nothing falls through the cracks and everything stays on track.

Organised, reliable and always ready to jump in where needed, Ash is a vital part of the Decode team.

Mat is our resident tech guru and the go-to guy for all things software and technical problem-solving.

He works hard to stay across the latest technology in the security space and genuinely enjoys getting stuck into a problem and finding the right solution.

Mat takes a lot of pride in his workmanship and is passionate about making sure every customer has a positive experience from start to finish.

You’ll often see Mat out and about completing on-site quotes, new installations and technical callouts - usually with a solution already forming before he’s even finished looking at the problem.

Jayde is the administration powerhouse here at Decode!
