Decode Security did a great job updating our security system recently. We decided to go with a Dahua system after some good advice from Jason when he came out to quote the job.

Jason went above and beyond on installation day, making sure it was all spot on and went over the whole system with us after. He even showed me how to go further into the settings to customise it even further. We're so happy with the set up. The door bell and video intercom is great as well. We finally have a doorbell that doesn't have a lag between pressing it and notifying us via the app or intercom.

Jason even checked in with us a few weeks later to see if we're happy with it and if it's all running well. We highly recommend Decode Security & Data.

Meet the Team

JASON

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Jason is an extremely experienced Telecommunications & Security professional with a wealth of knowledge spanning over 14 years. He has a passion for problem solving and enjoys the technical aspects of his work.

When he isn’t working directly in Perth on security installs, you’ll usually find him somewhere in remote WA - likely at a mine site working on a fibre optic data project.

KAZ

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Over the course of her career, Kaz has worked extensively as a project manager within the telecommunications and construction sectors respectively.

These days, she has repurposed these skills into overseeing the day to day workings of Decode. She works in the background fine-tuning internal processes, and managing suppliers and contracts to ensure a better customer experience across all areas. She also works alongside Ash, assisting her with the overflow of customer service enquiries when required (making you wait just isn’t on the cards for us).

MAT

INSTALLATION SPECIALIST

Mat is our resident tech guru! He works extremely hard to be across all the latest and greatest technology in the security space, and is our go-to guy for all things software.

A bit like Jason, he too loves problem solving. He also prides himself on his workmanship and is passionate about offering a genuine and positive customer experience. If you’ve ever scrolled our reviews, you’ll notice a lot of raving for our installer, that’s Mat. Dibs we had him first.

Mat is often the friendly face you’ll see for on-site quotes, new installations and general technical callouts.

ASH

ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

Ash is our administrative wonder-woman! If you contact the office via web enquiry, phone call or a Facebook message it’s likely Ash you’ll get on the other end. She handles it all! Ash is passionate about providing a wholesome customer experience and works hard to ensure everyone feels understood and that their needs are met.

A wealth of knowledge across all of our offerings, Ash can help with new enquiries, quotes, bookings, warranties, payment plan setup, basic troubleshooting and invoice related questions. She’s also great at making sure it all feels a breeze!
