FOR USERS OF THE DMSS APP

With the DMSS app you have the ability to playback, save and share footage from your CCTV cameras. Follow these steps to review camera footage and save clips from the DMSS app.

  1. Start by opening the DMSS icon on your phone

  2. Once you’re inside the app, choose the camera you would like to review by tapping directly on the camera

  3. This will take you to preview mode, which is a live stream of the selected camera

  4. To switch to Playback mode, tap the Playback icon in the bottom centre of the screen

  5. In Playback mode you will see a timeline along the bottom. Playback will automatically start from 12am on the current day.

  6. Drag the timeline left or right to browse through the footage

  7. To change the date, tap the calender icon above the timeline and select the day you want to view

  8. You can use the filters to view footage with motion only.

  9. To save or share your footage, drag the timeline to the area you want to export

  10. Tap the scissors icon

  11. Adjust the sliders on the left and right to trim your clip

  12. When you're ready, tap the Download button
