From Decode’s inception, co-owners Jason & Kaz knew that they wanted to create a values driven business that prides itself on good old-fashioned customer service that puts ‘people’ first.

Not only are they career professionals in their respective industry fields, but they are also parents to young children who have once upon a time felt vulnerable in their home (after an intrusive failed break in attempt), which is how they knew they didn’t want anyone else to feel that way, ever.

This was the pivotal moment for them starting Decode Security & Data and they have never looked back.

  • JASON

    TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

    Jason is an extremely experienced Telecommunications & Security professional with a wealth of knowledge spanning over 14 years. He has a passion for problem solving and enjoys the technical aspect that so
    much of his work involves.

    When he isn’t working directly in Perth, you will usually find him somewhere in remote WA at a mine site working on a fibreoptic project for one of our many streams of work.

  • KAZ

    OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

    Over the course of her career, Kaz has worked extensively as a project manager within both the telecommunciations and construction sectors respectively.

    These days, she has repurposed these skills into overseeing the day to day workings of this business and works in the background mostly fine-tuning internal processes for a better customer experience, organising marketing and social media as well as dealing with suppliers and contracts we hold across all areas of our business.

  • MAT

    INSTALLATION SPECIALIST

    Mat is our resident tech guru! He works extremely hard to be across the latest and greatest technology and is the go-to guy for all things security.

    He prides himself on his workmanship and his love of problem solving and is passionate about offering a genuine and positive customer experience.

    His is often the friendly face you will see for all on-site quotes, new installations and general technical callouts.

    ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

    Ash is our administrative wonder woman! She handles all points of contact to our office whether it is via web enquiry, phone call and/or Facebook message. She is passionate about providing a wholesome customer experience and works so hard to ensure everyone feels heard and their needs are met.

    Ash is a wealth of knowledge who can help with new enqiuries, quotes and bookings, warranties, payment plan setup, basic troubleshooting and invoice related questions.
